4.3 Course Materials

Course materials provided to enrolled participants are for personal use only. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute course content to third parties. Any unauthorized use of course materials may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

4.4 User-Generated Content

If you submit testimonials, feedback, or other content through our services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

5.1 Pricing and Payment

Course fees are displayed in Euros and must be paid in full before accessing program content, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept payment through our secure third-party payment processors. All prices are subject to change, but enrolled participants will not be affected by price increases during their program.

5.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our organization:

• • Cancellations made more than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus administrative fee
• • Cancellations made 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
• • Cancellations made less than 7 days before program start: No refund
• • No refunds after program commencement

5.3 Program Cancellation by Zephyral

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program at no additional cost.

7.1 Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If we cannot resolve the matter informally, you agree to pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels in Cyprus.

7.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
