5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

5.1 Pricing and Payment

Course fees are displayed in Euros and must be paid in full before accessing program content, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept payment through our secure third-party payment processors. All prices are subject to change, but enrolled participants will not be affected by price increases during their program.

5.2 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our organization:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before program start: No refund
  • No refunds after program commencement

5.3 Program Cancellation by Zephyral

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative program at no additional cost.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Educational Disclaimer

Our programs provide professional development education and training. While we strive to deliver high-quality content, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, salary increases, or business success.
